The enterprise has adapted its pavilions and Convention Center in accordance with the security protocols established by the competent authorities and already has a calendar of the next attractions.
After seven months, the events and business fairs sector is back in the city of São Paulo, and Expo Center Norte participates in this moment of resumption of the segment. Since the beginning of the São Paulo Plan, the enterprise has been following the protocols and adapting itself when the time came to reopen its pavilions and auditoriums and receive the events that move the capital.
As a result, several measures have already been adopted that follow the health and safety protocols required by the authorities. Expo Center Norte has undergone some adaptations, as well as several businesses, and is now ready to hold and host fairs, events, congresses, conventions and more, all with great responsibility and security, promoting an appropriate environment for our audiences: promoters, exhibitors, suppliers and visitors, in addition, of course, to our collaborators.
Among the main protocols adopted by Expo Center Norte are: temperature measurement at the entrance and evaluation questionnaire before arrival at the Expo for everyone; use of acetate facial protector during the entire work period for employees who work directly with service to partners, suppliers and visitors to reinforce cleaning in common areas; installation of gel alcohol dispensers in different locations; installation of hospital model sinks (water flow triggered by the forearm) in the pavilions; proper bins for disposing of PPE; constant renewal of air in conditioned rooms and reinforcement of periodic maintenance, as well as communications about Covid-19 at various points such as parking gates and entrances.
The Exhibition and Convention Center also hired a team of infectologists to validate all preventive measures, both for spaces and for the events it receives. It is extremely important that event promoters comply with all mandatory protocols so that, together, we can offer even more security to our visitors and exhibitors. At this moment when we resume activities, our main concern is to offer health and well-being to everyone.
And to mark the reopening, Expo Center Norte is already updating its calendar of events, with business fairs, fairs and social events. In the months leading up to the reopening, in addition to adapting to the return, the project also reformulated its business strategy and presents its new campaign‘Innovating is the Best Experience’ , reinforcing the multipurpose space available not only for business fairs and congresses, but for various types of events.
